 In the year 2000 I experienced the delightful form of improvisation called Interplay and have been smitten ever since. Interplay is an easily learned way of playfulness that is applied to movement, storytelling and music making.
I am a certified Interplay instructor and have successfully taught Interplay to people from ages 8 to 84 years old.
Interplay inspires us to tell our life stories - to move with the wisdom of our inner compasses and to share in the unison of vocalizations and singing. Interplay explores the beauty of being human, what we have in common and
the blessings found in our differences.
Many have experienced Interplay as a way to open up the resource of their own creative powers, building confidence in self expression and providing countless moments of sustained joy and wonder. Interplay does not require talent, only the desire to have more fun!
Interplay headquarters adopted James' composition, "Come and Play" as their anthem.
